Okay, so I'm a few months late on this, but I still think this is hysterical. I heard a short on NPR today about a group called Improv Everywhere. They do these little pranks all over and pretend like nothing has happened afterwards. I sifted through a bunch of their pranks and thought this one was the funniest one. I was laughing so hard! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Being a former New Yorker, I thought people's reactions were classic! I wonder how this would go down here in the South?

I ran across this same clip somewhere (maybe the girltalk blog) and I thought it was so fascinating. I could see Bill doing something like this.
